Fanny Barrouquère
freelancing contemporary dancer and pedagogue
Fanny comes from France where she started dancing as a kid. In 2008 she started her professional career as a dancer in the National Ballet of Marseille directed by Frédéric Flamand. After two seasons she decided to move to Sweden and joined the Norrdans dance company. There she danced in many performances by Mats Ek, Jo Stromgren, Gustavo Ramirez, Lenka Vagnerova,Thomas Noone, Ohad Naharin, Jossy Berg and OdedGraf, Marcos Morau, Fernando Melo, Peter Jasko, Katrin Hall, Jarek Cemerek, Lidia Wos, Anthony Missen and others. In 2015 Fanny decided to freelance and started working with companies in Czech Republic and Denmark. Fanny is an excellent dancer and very energetic pedagogue who is happy to pass on her knowledge and passion about contemporary/modern dance.
